“Home multigroup”

To date, we have implemented an innovative and flexible “Home Multigroup” system,

which will allow you to save money when viewing on the second and subsequent (3rd, 4th, and 5th) devices.

“Home multigroup” compares favorably with the classic multiroom system with flexible opportunities for additional savings.

In our “Home Multigroup” system You can independently manage the number of devices in a group and the time they are connected to the group, including or excluding your devices as needed. This allows you to save money and pay for additional devices only for a limited period of time that you have defined.

How the Home Multigroup system works:
– If you have several devices at home , they are currently connected to our portal on different personal accounts. Now you can combine these personal accounts into one “Home Multigroup”. At the same time, you will have one personal account as the main one (all financial transactions will pass through it), and the rest as additional ones. As part of the “Home Multigroup”, one device (the main one) is charged completely according to the tariff, and the second and third (additional ones) are completely free of charge. This approach will allow you to save money.
– You can independently include and exclude personal accounts in the “Home Multigroup”, the main thing is that the devices associated with these personal accounts have the same external IP address when entering the portal
– Adding to the “Home multigroup” is performed in the subscriber’s personal account in the portal on the TV screen, or when entering the personal account from a PC.
– When you add a device to a “Home Multigroup” as an additional device, all the positive balance available on this account is transferred to the main account of the “Home Multigroup”
– All debits on all personal accounts of the “Home Multigroup” are made only from the main account of the group. Therefore, only the main account of the “Home Multigroup” should be replenished
– The service is provided only within the same IP address, i.e. within the same home network
-The service is provided only for the “Full” tariff
-It is possible to combine up to 3 personal accounts in one group as much as possible
– The minimum period for which you can connect an additional personal account to the “Home Multigroup” is 72 hours, which means that you can independently disconnect an additional personal account from the “Home Multigroup” through your Personal Account no earlier than 3 days after connecting

Click “Multiroom”

Click “OK“on the green line

Enter the parent code (by default 0000)

Enter the BOS of the device that you want to link to the “Home Multigroup” and click OK.
